About the Illustrator
 Debi
Rogers is a free-lance artist who has enjoyed painting &
drawing since her early childhood. Specializing in pastel
portraits, Debi has been commisioned over the years to do
pastel and graphite portraits of people and pets, pen & ink
renderings of houses, churches and historic buildings,
landscape and still life paintings, murals for businesses,
advertising design for print ads, logo design, fashion
illustration and children's book illustrations. Debi is a
graduate of Edison University and has worked in education,
banking, retail and real estate, as well as serving with her
husband as a missionary in Latin America. Born in Kentucky,
Debi now resides in Dunedin, Florida, where she currently
works as a real estate broker.
